UshaComm's partnership with Hewlett Packard began with a global partnership signed with Compaq in 2002. UshaComm is currently a participant in HP's Developer and Solution Partner Program (DSPP).

A tangible result of this relationship was a significant contract in 2002 with a major North American convergent operator. Hewlett Packard was prime contractor and system integrator; UshaComm provided software, integration support and training.

UshaComm was the first customer care and billing vendor in Asia Pacific to be certified on HP's OpenCall platform.
